Where is the event located?

Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu, CA

Can I leave and come back?

No, once you enter the venue you may not leave and return. There are no ins and outs allowed.

Is the event family-friendly?

Only SUNDAY is open to all ages and is family-friendly. Please visit our ticketing page to learn more.

Please note, only ages 21+ may partake in consuming alcoholic beverages, there will be an ID check at the door. We will have non-alcoholic options available.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No outside food or drinks is allowed.

Are pets allowed?

Please leave your furry friends at home! Only certified service animals are allowed into the venue.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there will be parking available.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring a valid government issued ID and your festival ticket. We strongly recommend saving a screenshot of your ticket on your phone as WiFi and cell service can be limited! We recommend you add the ticket to your Apple Wallet. We encourage you to review our list of prohibited items before arriving at the venue.

What types of tickets are available?

General Admission, Early Admission, VIP Seated Dinner, and Weekend Pass are all available ticket types! Please visit our ticketing page to learn about the perks for each!

What is included in the price?

Each ticket type provides a unique experience. All ticket types include food, wine, and more!
Is there a discounted rate for children or groups? There is a discounted rate for children of various age groups, please visit our ticketing page to learn about each ticket type.

Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it digitally?

You can print your ticket OR show it digitally! We strongly recommend saving a screenshot of your ticket on your phone or even adding it to your Apple Wallet!

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

No, you may not purchase tickets at the door, tickets must be purchased online, in advance. Tickets are likely to sell out!

What happens if I lose my ticket or have issues accessing it?

If you experience ticketing issues, please contact info@malibufoodandwine.com. If it is a payment issue, we'll ask you to re-try your card. If there is a problem with digital ticket delivery, we'll re-send your unique QR code for ticket redemption.

Are tickets transferable?

Tickets are non-transferable and do not roll over from day to day.

Food & Wine Experience

Will food and drinks be available for purchase?

All food and drinks are included with the ticket price!

Are there vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly options?

Yes all of these options will be available! More dietary information will be provided on-site.

Can I sample food and wine?

Yes, there will be many opportunities to sample the delicious food and wine offerings that will be on-site daily!

Will there be shopping on-site?

Yes! There will be various artisan vendors on site, get ready to indulge in some shopping and support local vendors.

Accessibility & Comfort

Is the festival wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Malibu Food & Wine is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests. Our event is fully ADA-compliant, in accordance with California state law and Los Angeles County regulations. We are pleased to offer the following accommodations:

  • Wheelchair-Accessible Entrances & Pathways
  • All event areas, including entrances, restrooms, and pathways, are designed to be wheelchair accessible.
  • ADA-Compliant Restrooms: Clean and fully accessible restrooms will be available throughout the venue.
  • Designated ADA Parking: Accessible parking spaces will be provided in close proximity to the event entrance.
  • Assistance & Support: Our staff and volunteers are trained and ready to assist with any accessibility needs throughout the festival.
Are there shaded areas or places to sit and relax?

Yes, there will be shaded areas and plenty of space to sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful landscape and all that Malibu Food & Wine has to offer!

What if it rains? Is there a rain plan or backup venue?

The show will go on rain or shine! Be sure to follow our social media for the latest updates @malibufoodandwine

Are there restrooms available?

Yes, there will be restrooms available.

Health & Safety

Are there security measures in place for guests’ safety?

Your safety is of the utmost importance to us. Yes, there will be on-site security, please be sure to review the prohibited items list. Confiscated items will not be returned to you.

What should I do if I lose my belongings?

Please visit lost & found located at Guest Services. Please be prepared to describe your item in great detail or show proof of ownership (unclaimed items are discarded or donated after two weeks).

Is there first aid available onsite?

Yes, there will be medical located on site. The safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority. Malibu Food & Wine will have licensed medical professionals on site throughout the event to respond promptly to any health-related concerns or emergencies. Our medical team will be fully equipped and stationed on-site, ready to assist with any situation that may arise. If you or someone in your party needs medical assistance during the festival, please notify the nearest staff member or visit the designated First Aid area. 

Where can I smoke?

It is a non-smoking venue. Smoking or smoking instruments of any kind are prohibited.

Can I drink alcohol outside designated areas?

Alcohol is to remain inside the venue perimeter. Alcohol is not allowed outside of the venue or in parking lot areas.

What is the refund policy for tickets?

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, including but not limited to weather conditions, change in lineup, or personal schedule conflicts. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this refund policy. In the event of a festival cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate next steps and any applicable credit or rescheduling options to all ticket holders. What is your camera policy?

To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests, as well as the integrity of the event experience:

  • No professional or commercial photography is allowed unless approved in advance and accompanied by a valid Event Media Credential.
  • Permitted Devices: Personal smartphones (iPhone/Android) are welcome. However, disposable cameras, Polaroids, camcorders, and other audio/visual recording devices are not allowed.
  • Prohibited Equipment:
  • Telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind
  • Interchangeable lenses
  • Monopods, tripods, or selfie sticks
  • Flash photography or lighting rigs
  • No On-Site Equipment Storage: Please do not bring unapproved equipment. The Event will not be able to store any personal or professional gear.
  • Media & Wireless Equipment: All wireless equipment must be cleared by Malibu Food & Wine media officials in advance.

Additional Important Information
  • Malibu Food & Wine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry at any time.
  • All bags and persons entering the venue is subject to search. Bags larger than 14”x14”, i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the venue. (Diaper bags are OK).
  • Guests may not bring any food or beverages into the venue. Factory sealed non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Food or beverages deemed necessary due to a special dietary need, religious requirement or medical condition may be approved in advance by the Guest Services Department.
  • Guests must dispose of unauthorized items prior to entrance into the venue or return items to their vehicles.
  • Guest Services will not check-in any food or beverage items.
  • No large posters or banners will be allowed into the venue.
    Guests must wear shirts and shoes. No bare feet allowed.
  • Malibu Food & Wine is a smoke-free and paparazzi-free zone!
